Fresh, never-frozen meals prepared by our team at the Genesis cafe on Rock Road in Wichita. Order online, then pick your meals up free at the cafe or have them delivered locally. No shipping, no freezing — your meals are made fresh for your order.

Yes — orders require a minimum of 6 meals, for both pickup and delivery.

Standard meals are $15 each. Build-your-own strict diet meals are $13 with no carb or $14 with your choice of carb — plus optional portion upgrades. Order 10 or more meals and $1 comes off every meal in your order — automatically, no code needed.

Yes. Choose “Subscribe & Save” on any meal to set up a weekly order and save 10% on every delivery — and it stacks with the 10+ meal discount. You can skip a week, swap meals, or cancel anytime from your account.

Absolutely. Our strict diet meals let you choose your protein (ground beef, ground turkey, or chicken breast), your carb (rice, Yukon potatoes, sweet potatoes, or no carb at all), and dial your portion sizes up with +2oz or +4oz options on protein, carbs, and vegetables. Macros are listed on every meal page.

No membership required — anyone can order. The pickup cooler is located in the cafe area of the Genesis Rock Road location.

Every order is prepared fresh, so give us about 3 hours. Order by 4:00 PM for same-day pickup — orders placed after 4:00 PM will be ready the next day.

Your meals will be waiting in the Genesis Health Meals cooler inside the cafe at Genesis Health Clubs — Rock Road, 1551 N Rock Road, Wichita, KS 67206 — labeled with your name. Grab them anytime during club hours: Mon–Thu 5am–11pm, Fri 5am–9pm, Sat 7am–6pm.

Pickup is available Monday through Saturday and is always free.

We deliver across the Wichita metro area, including Andover, Derby, Haysville, Maize, Goddard, Kechi, Valley Center, Mulvane, and Park City. Enter your address at checkout — if you’re in our zone, delivery will appear as an option. Delivery is a flat $14.99.

Monday through Friday, in 2-hour windows between 10am and 8pm. You’ll choose your date and time window at checkout. Orders need about 3 hours of prep time before the earliest available window.

We recommend being home so your meals go straight into the fridge. If you can’t be, leave a cooler out and add a note to your order — we’ll leave your meals there.

Never. Every meal is prepared fresh at our cafe for your order and should go in the refrigerator — not the freezer. For best taste and quality, enjoy your meals within 4–5 days.

Vent the lid and microwave for 1½–2½ minutes, stirring halfway if needed. That’s it — dinner’s done.

Calories, protein, carbs, and fat are listed on every meal page. If you have a food allergy or dietary question, reach out before ordering — our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

Your selected meals are prepared and ready for pickup or delivery every week, billed weekly, with 10% off every order. There’s no commitment — skip a week, change meals, or cancel anytime.

Use the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email, or log into your account on this site. From there you can skip a week, swap meals, update payment, or cancel — no phone call needed.
